🔉Në Muajin Kundër Trafikimit të Qenieve Njerëzore, rikujtojmë të gjeturat kryesore të Raportit të Departamentit Amerikan të Shtetit për Trafikimin me Qenie Njerëzore (shtator 2025), i cili konstaton se Kosova ende nuk i ka përmbushur disa standarde minimale në fusha kyçe, prandaj mbetet në Nivelin 2.![]()

Mangësitë kryesore përfshijnë: dënimin e paktë të trafikantëve dhe shqiptimin e dënimeve nën minimumin e parashikuar me ligj. Raporti, gjithashtu, thekson se rastet e fëmijëve të detyruar nga prindërit për të lypur në rrugë, trajtohen shpesh si neglizhencë ose keqtrajtim, e jo si trafikim, duke ngritur shqetësime për identifikimin e pasaktë të viktimave.![]()

Raporti njeh edhe përpjekjet e intensifikuara të shtetit të Kosovës për të luftuar trafikimin krahasuar me vitin e kaluar, duke përfshirë ndjekjen penale të një numri më të madh personash të dyshuar për trafikim. Gjithashtu, vlerëson rritjen e financimit për mbështetjen e viktimave, si dhe fondin për kompensimin e tyre.

Në ceremoninë e përurimit morën pjesë përfaqësues nga UNICEF dhe Koalicioni i OJQ-ve për Mbrojtjen e Fëmijëve (KOMF), të cilët theksuan rëndësinë e bashkëpunimit ndërmjet shoqërisë civile, institucioneve, bizneseve dhe komunitetit për të ndërtuar një mjedis më gjithëpërfshirës për fëmijët.
