KOMF has held a three-day training on contracting social services by public authorities, contracting scheme and procurement procedures.
During this training, which was led by the international expert, Panagiotis Flessas, the good practices applied in Greece and various concrete cases were shared, which enabled the development of new perspectives to further promote the completion of the process of decentralization of social services in Kosovo.
The general purpose of this training was to build capacities of KOMF member organizations and external partners on the models of contracting social services by local and central level authorities about various contracting schemes and procurement procedures.
This training was made possible under the project “Joint Action for Decentralization”, a project funded by the European Union and managed by the EU Office in Kosovo, implemented by the Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection in Kosovo – KOMF in partnership with the Organization for Children without Parental Care – OFAP, SOS Children’s Villages Kosovo and KMOP.
