TRAINING MODULE: PROJECT CYCLE MENAGMENT

TRAINING MODULE: PROJECT CYCLE MENAGMENT

This training module for trainers on Project Cycle Management (PCM) provides practical tools and techniques for professionals and organizations involved in project planning, implementation, and evaluation. The module is designed to support the staff of local NGOs who wish to strengthen their capacities for effective project management. Through this module, participants will develop knowledge and skills across all stages of the project cycle, starting from needs identification and idea formulation to project implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

A key component is the use of the logical framework as a tool for structuring and defining measurable results, ensuring a clear link between objectives, activities, and resources. PCM helps organizations plan sustainable projects based on the real needs of communities and ensure the fair and efficient use of resources. It also provides approaches for risk management and for ensuring that decision-making processes are participatory and transparent.

This module goes beyond the technical aspects of project management by also promoting a culture of reflection and continuous improvement. Through a combination of theoretical presentations, practical exercises, and group work, participants will learn how to design, implement, and monitor projects that generate long-term and measurable impact, while also developing the skills needed to become future trainers of this module.
