The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation is in the process of drafting the Law on Early Childhood Education (0-6 years old).

MESTI has appointed KOMF part of the working group for drafting this Law. KOMF has delegated for representation Remzije Krasniqi from the member organization SOS Children’s Villages, in order to contribute and advocate within the working group for the inclusion of KOMF recommendations and to draft a high-quality law on early childhood.

KOMF together with member organizations in the field of early childhood has also sent comments in the framework of public consultations on the Draft Law on Early Childhood Education (0-6 years old).

MEST has also started the process of drafting the Kosovo Education Strategic Plan (KESP) 2022-2026. KOMF has also been appointed as part of the Working Group in Early Childhood Education and Inclusion. In this working group, KOMF has delegated for representation Mevlude Murtezaj from the member organization CIPOF, in order to make a professional contribution to the drafting of the strategic education plan that ensures inclusion.
