Given that Extraordinary Parliamentary Elections were held in the Republic of Kosovo on February 14, the Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection – KOMF addressed the document “A Prime Minister for Children” to all political parties, reminding them of some facts about the situation of children and the need for good governance to address them.
