The Thematic Group for Child Protection and Health reviewed the draft Law on Health, which was in the public consultation phase.

KOMF also submitted a request to the Ministry of Health to regulate the status of non-governmental organizations in providing health services.

During this meeting, the provisions of the draft law related to this matter, as well as other issues of interest to member organizations, were discussed.

Following the meeting, KOMF submitted comments on the draft Law on Health toward the Ministry of Health.
