The roundtable on “Educate to Prevent” as part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence

KOMF, in collaboration with the Kosovo Education Center – KEC, UNICEF Kosovo Programme, the Association of Social Work Centers in Kosovo, the Association of School Psychologists of Kosovo, and Peer Mediation Groups, organized the panel discussion “Educate to Prevent” as part of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.

The focus of this panel was on violence in schools, especially violence against girls. All the involved actors called for the promotion andxpansion of peer mediation as the best form for resolving conflicts and preventing violence in schools.

Similarly, all the actors expressed the significant need for establishing services and programs aimed at empowering parents for the well-being of children without violence.

Together against violence towards children!
