KOMF Executive Director, Donjeta Kelmendi and Director of the Office for Good Governance under the Office of the Prime Minister, Habit Hajredini signed a Cooperation Agreement to contribute to the legislative process, monitor the implementation of legislation and advocate for the protection of children’s rights.

The purpose of the Cooperation Agreement is to contribute to policy-making, monitor the implementation of child protection policies, advocate, promote social progress and raise awareness of the protection of children’s rights.

Based on this agreement, KOMF will cooperate with the OGG in drafting legislation, strategies and other bylaws, conducting research, analysis and various publications related to children’s rights, monitoring the situation implmentation of children’s rights by public and non-public institutions, in accordance with the legislation in force, monitoring the implementation of the Law on Child Protection, advocating for protection of children’s rights and exchange of experiences related to children’s rights.
