KOMF and OFAP in cooperation with the Association of Municipalities of Kosovo held the meeting of the Collegium for Health and Social Welfare. In this meeting, the priorities and recommendations for the 2023 Action Plan were discussed, based on the objectives of the 2023-2025 Strategic Plan of the Collegium for Health and Social Welfare.

Klevis Vaqari from KOMF and Ibe Krasniqi from the Organization for children without parental care – OFAP addressed the need for the development of a sustainable contracting scheme for social services from municipalities. For this purpose, KOMF has also held workshops with municipalities about planning, budgeting and contracting of social services. Also, the handbook and instruments have been drafted and are expected to be accredited to be used by municipal institutions.
