We have the pleasure to share with you some moments from the national closing conference of the Project ‘Joint Action for Decentralization,’ a project funded by the European Union and managed by European Union in Kosovo, which was implemented by KOMF in partnership with SOS Children’s Villages Kosovo, Organization for children without parental care – OFAP, and KMOP.
We have concluded a project that has had an impact on strengthening civil society in advocating for social services, initiating and developing the social service reform in Kosovo, empowering the accountability system, and increasing awareness of social services.
In this conference, the main achievements in the field of social services were presented. Additionally, at the conference, key institutional partners who have been supported by this joint action had the opportunity to speak. This action aimed to advance processes related to the decentralization of social services.
KOMF, as a coalition of organizations for child protection, will continue to support the implementation of the social service reform, ensuring that children and families have a life of dignity, particularly vulnerable children and families.
We express our gratitude to the European Union in Kosovo for their support and trust throughout the entire implementation of the project.
