On the Day of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, KOMF, which represents 35 non-governmental organizations, addressed emergency issues for the protection of children toward Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Minister of Education Arbërie Nagavci, Deputy Minister of Health Dafina Gexha and other representatives within of the Interministerial Committee for Child Rights.

KOMF addressed the need to increase the budget for the functionalization of social services, inclusion of children with disabilities in the education system, the need to increase human resources for the mental health of children in public health institutions, the establishment of specialized services for the protection of children victims of drug abuse, strengthening rehabilitation services for minors in conflict with the law, etc.
