The Mayor of the Municipality of Gjilan, Alban Hyseni, welcomed Donjete Kelmendi from KOMF, the director of the Day Care Center – PEMA Liridona Zogaj and the Program Manager at KOMF Klevis Vaqari in a meeting.

This meeting has come at a time when the two-day workshop for planning, monitoring, budgeting and contracting of social services is being conducted by the Coalition of NGOs for the Protection of Children in cooperation with the Department for Social and Family Policy within the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers, supported by UNICEF Kosovo Program in partnership with USAID Kosovo.

In this meeting, the raising of financial capacities in the field of social welfare was discussed.
