KOMF empowers member organizations through training on effective project management

Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection – KOMF, in partnership with Terre des hommes – Kosovo, within the framework of the Capacity Building Program, organized a three-day Training of Trainers for KOMF member organizations, focusing on the module “Project Cycle Management”.

The training was led by Marigona Shabiu and aimed to strengthen participants’ knowledge and skills in designing, developing, implementing, and managing projects in a more effective and sustainable manner.

During the three-day training, key topics related to project cycle management were addressed, including:

• Identification and analysis of needs;
• Project formulation and the use of the logical framework (logframe);
• Resource planning and risk management;
• Monitoring and evaluation (M&E);
• Grant applications and reporting to donors.

Through this training, KOMF aims to enhance the professional capacities of member organizations in strategic planning, effective project management, and ensuring more sustainable results for the communities and groups they represent.

The training also provided opportunities for experience sharing, discussion of good practices, and mutual learning among participating organizations, contributing to strengthening cooperation and developing the capacities of the civil society sector.
