Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection – KOMF held its General Assembly meeting, bringing together member organizations to discuss the network’s key developments and define strategic priorities for the period ahead.
During the meeting, the annual narrative and financial reports were reviewed and approved, providing an overview of the network’s achievements, challenges, and collective impact in advancing children’s rights and child protection in Kosovo.
Members also discussed strategic priorities for the coming period, focusing on strengthening advocacy, enhancing child protection services, increasing collaboration among member organizations, and diversifying funding opportunities to ensure the network’s long-term sustainability and impact.
A significant part of the discussions focused on opportunities to strengthen the capacities of member organizations through KOMF’s Capacity Building Programme, which aims to enhance organizational expertise, service quality, and institutional sustainability.
The General Assembly also reviewed applications for new membership, reaffirming KOMF’s commitment to expanding the network and strengthening collaboration in promoting and protecting children’s rights.
