The Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection – KOMF, continues to conduct a series of webinars aimed at building the capacity of professionals and parents in the field of early childhood development.

KOMF held the next webinar organized in partnership with Heimerer College, on the topic: “What autism teaches us?” – The inspirational story of the organization “Vencer Autismo” for children with autism.

Speaker at this webinar was Joe Santos. Joe Santos is an influential social entrepreneur and international speaker. In 2016, he was named one of the top 10 leading social entrepreneurs in Portugal. Joe is the co-founder and CEO of Vencer Autismo, a Portuguese foundation that has helped hundreds of children and their families. Over 60,000 people have attended his inspiring lectures on life lessons and especially autism. He aims to increase positive social impact by teaching the world what we can learn from those who are different from us.

During the webinar, Joe shared his inspirational story and work of his organization “Vencer Autismo” tu support children with autism.

This webinar was organized within the “SUSWELL” project, supported by Erasmus + and implemented by KOMF and Heimerer College in Prishtina. The project includes a consortium of universities and organizations from Kosovo, the Netherlands, Portugal, Finland and Russia.
