Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection in Kosovo – KOMF in partnership with UNICEF, has launched the project “Strengthening social service workforce to provide continued quality social services for most vulnerable children and their families in Kosovo”.
The purpose of this project is to empower the actors involved in the organization and provision of social services, to provide quality services for families and vulnerable children and to create an integrated model of social services.
The panel consisted of Qendresa Ibra Zariqi from the Office for Good Governance within the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Larissa Bruun, Deputy Head of UNICEF in Kosovo, Mentor Morina from the Department for Social and Family Policies within the Ministry of Finance / Republic of Kosovo, Sazan Ibrahimi from the Association of Municipalities of Kosovo and KOMF, discussed the objectives and joint activities of this project.
Part of this event were representatives from the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers, the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, the Ministry of Justice, Municipal Directorates, the Municipal Assembly of Children from the Municipality of Pristina, social service providers from the non-governmental sector, the Office for the Protection of Victims, etc.
The project ““Strengthening social service workforce to provide continued quality social services for most vulnerable children and their families in Kosovo” is supported by UNICEF in Kosovo in partnership with USAID.
