KOMF representatives are participating in the project meeting “Building capacity through social innovation towards improving and sustaining health and well-being in communities – SUSWELL” which is being held at Hanzehogeschool Groningen, University of Applied Sciences, in the Netherlands.
During this meeting, the project partners are discussing the achievements of the project during the first year of implementation and the steps that will be taken in the next two years, to support the capacity building of professionals, thus ensuring well-being in the community.
“SUSWELL” is supported by the Erasmus + program and includes a consortium of universities and organizations coming from Kosovo, Finland, Russia and Portugal.
