Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection in Kosovo – KOMF in partnership with the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare (MLSW), UNICEF Office in Kosovo and Save the Children, has organized a two-day workshop to draft the Law on Social and Family Services.

Currently, MLSW is drafting the above-mentioned Draft Law and this workshop has served as an event to initiate new discussions among key actors of this field, by deepening recommendations regarding the this Draft Law.

This workshop is facilitated by the expert contracted by the UNICEF Office in Kosovo, Anna Nordenmark Severinsson and the expert contracted by Save the Children, Jeton Oruçi.

During the workshop participated members of the working group of the Draft Law, including here representatives from the MLSW, representatives from the Office of the Prime Minister, municipalities, KOMF, UNICEF etc.

This workshop is organised under the project “Joint Action for Decentralization”, a project funded by the European Union and managed by the EU Office in Kosovo, implemented by the Coalition of NGOs for Children Protection in Kosovo – KOMF in partnership with SOS Children’s Villages in Kosovo, Organization of Children without Parental Care – OFAP and KMOP.
