KOMF is supporting the working group established by the Kosovo Police in drafting the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the template for issuing the diversity measure “Police Warning” for juveniles in conflict with the law. 

The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the template for issuing the “Police Warning” aim to assist police officers in implementing this diversionary measure in collaboration with juvenile prosecutors.
