On August 31st and September 1st, the training “Monitoring and Inspection of Social and Family Services” was conducted with service providers and professionals from the municipalities of Prishtina, Fushë Kosovë, Podujevë, and Lipjan. In order to assist social service providers and monitoring and inspection officials, KOMF has also supported the development of a module on monitoring and inspection of social services, based on which the training was conducted.

The participants had the opportunity to be trained on the purpose of inspection and monitoring, their interrelation and distinctions, types of monitoring, types of inspection, communication, and to engage in observing and discussing the practices of implementing monitoring and inspection.
