KOMF develops the capacities of Social Service Providers in Gjakova: Training on Minimum Standards for Child Protection continues

KOMF continues the series of training sessions to enhance the capacities of social service providers in all regions of Kosovo. The next training on “Minimum Standards of Social Services for Child Protection (0-18)” was conducted with social service providers and professionals from the municipalities of Gjakova, Junik, and Deçan. With the aim of supporting and enhancing the capacities of service providers to offer high-quality social services, KOMF has also supported the development of a module on minimum standards of social services for child protection (0-18).

During this training, participants had the opportunity to learn and discuss the principles and structure of the service, structural and functional standards as well as their measurement, issues to be addressed during the monitoring of standards, etc.

This activity is made possible within the framework of the project “Empowering social service actors to provide quality and sustainable services for vulnerable children and families in Kosovo,” and is supported by UNICEF Kosovo Programme in partnership with USAID Kosovo.
