The first training for 2025 organized by the Academy of Justice supported by KOMF based on the new Curriculum for Children, presented the principles for the protection of children’s rights according to local and international legislation; The criteria that the court takes into account in cases of child custody and the principles for determining alimony; the appointment of personal contacts, as well as temporary measures according to the Law on the Family of Kosovo, etc.

There was great interest among legal professionals to attend the training on the module “Protection of children’s rights in cases of divorce”, within the framework of the new Curriculum for Children.

The development of the new Curriculum for Children within the framework of the Academy of Justice was supported by KOMF and the UNICEF Office in Kosovo. The new Curriculum for Children consists of 12 training modules.

This activity was carried out within the framework of the project “Protection of Vulnerable Children in Kosovo”, which is financially supported by the European Union in Kosovo and implemented by the UNICEF Office in Kosovo in cooperation with the Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection – KOMF.
