Function: Engagement of an expert for needs assessment of KOMF

KOMF announces this call to engage an external expert, who is expected to lead the entire needs assessment process, up to the drafting of the coalition’s needs assessment report, in order to further develop the coalition to increase its influence in the field of child protection.
