Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection – KOMF, in cooperation with SOS Fshatrat e Femijeve Kosove, Terre des hommes in Kosovo, Down Syndrome Kosovo, Organization for Children without Parental Care, Zë – Speech Therapy Center for Treatment and Research, Handikos Ferizaj, organized the symbolic and awareness-raising activity “Letters from the Children of Kosovo”.

The children wrote letters through which they shared their feelings, concerns, expectations and demands, directly addressing institutions and decision-makers.

On June 1, these letters were symbolically placed at the entrances of key institutions such as: the Parliament, the Government, the Municipality of Pristina, Family Medicine Centers, Radio Television of Kosovo, etc.

This KOMF initiative was implemented within the framework of the national intervention “MEGAFON – Empowering the Voice of Children and Youth in Kosovo”, supported by the regional project “SMART Balkans – Civil Society for Shared Values in the Western Balkans” implemented by the Center for the Promotion of Civil Society (CPCD) in cooperation with the Institute for Democracy and Mediation (IDM), and the Center for Research and Policy Making (CRPM) and financially supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA).
