MODULE ON CASE MANAGEMENT NEEDS, ASSESSMENT AND INDIVIDUAL CLIENT PLAN

Due to social, economic, and political circumstances, it happens that a child or adult may not fully realize the rights to which they are entitled. Furthermore, not only may some of these rights be denied to him or her, but they may also be violated as a result of the actions or inaction of individuals, parents, families, the community, and institutions.

In this regard, the need for capacity building in the field of case management is crucial to ensure that these individuals fully realize their rights derived from legislation
for social and family services. This training module and the practical training that will undoubtedly follow will contribute to the enhancement of these capacities.

The module has been developed based on applicable legislation (primary and secondary) as well as taking into account standards and practices from the field of case management in social and family services.
