The Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection – KOMF in partnership with SOS Children’s Villages Kosovo, held a two-day workshop “Drafting the Communication Strategy”. During this workshop, KOMF together with the members drafted the Strategy and Action Plan for communication towards decentralization of social services.

This workshop is a continuation of the two-day workshop held earlier “Identification of key needs and issues for drafting the Communication Strategy”. The workshop has a special value towards full implementation of the process of decentralization of social services in Kosovo, so the participants contributed jointly in drafting the mission and vision of the strategy, identifying and listing the strategic objectives, listed the stakeholders that should be involved / consulted during communication as well as the foreseen activities.

The workshop was facilitated by SOS Children’s Villages in Kosovo.

The workshop is made possible under the project “Joint Action for Decentralization”, a project funded by the European Union and managed by the EU Office in Kosovo, implemented by the Coalition of NGOs for Child Protection in Kosovo – KOMF in partnership with the Organization for Children without Parental Care – OFAP, SOS Children’s Villages Kosovo and KMOP.
