KOMF with its members organizations SOS Fshatrat e Fëmijëve Kosovë, Organizata për Fëmijët pa Kujdes Prindëror OFAP, together with UNICEF Office in Kosovo and the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers, have worked on the proposed articles that relate to the rights of children in the Draft Civil Code.

Specifically, the group drafted the proposals regarding the deadlines in procedures of adoption, foster care, residential care, supervised independent living, which will be addressed toward the Ministry of Justice.
