Koalicioni i OJQ-ve për Mbrojtjen e Fëmijëve në Kosovë – KOMF, sot u takua me Këshilltaren Politike të Ministres së Drejtësisë Vlora Limani Hajnuni dhe Sekretaren e Përgjithshme Anita Kalanderi, lidhur me gjendjen e rëndë të shërbimeve sociale. Këtë vit shërbimet sociale janë në gjendje më të rëndë sa i përket financimit, krahasuar me vitet e fundit. Përfundimi i shumicës së programeve të donatorëve në Dhjetor 2023, ka lënë boshllëk të mëdha në financimin e këtyre shërbimeve.Përkundër decentralizimit të shërbimeve sociale, komunat në përgjithësi nuk ndajnë buxhet për ofrimin e shërbimeve sociale, me përjashtim të një numri shumë të vogël të komunave. Ministria e Drejtësisë, në mbështetje të shërbimeve sociale ka ndarë 1.5 milionë Euro për subvencionimin e shërbimeve të 40 organizatave jo qeveritare të licencuara për ofrimin e shërbimeve sociale. Megjithatë, ky fond nuk është i mjaftueshëm për të funksionalizuar ofrimin e shërbimeve sociale cilësore e me kapacitet të plotë për fëmijët e cenueshëm dhe familjet e tyre, si fëmijët pa kujdes prindëror, fëmijët viktima të dhunës dhe abuzimit, fëmijët në punë të rënda, fëmijët me aftësi të kufizuara, fëmijët përdorues të drogave, fëmijët në konflikt me ligjin, si dhe familjet e tyre. Kjo situatë ka rezultuar në mbyllje të shërbimeve apo në reduktimin masiv të përfituesve duke ndikuar drejtpërdrejtë në mirëqenien e tyre. KOMF kërkoi mbështetjen e Ministrisë së Drejtësisë për funksionalizimin e shërbimeve sociale përmes:- Bashkëpunimit për krijimin e Masës së përkohshme për funksionalizimin e shërbimeve sociale në kuadër të Pakos për Ringjallje Ekonomike, si një masë tranzitore deri në rregullimin e financimit të qëndrueshëm për shërbime sociale. - Nxjerrjen e kostove për njësi për secilin shërbim, me qëllim të financimit të drejtë dhe të qëndrueshëm. ... ⚫️KOMF shpreh dhimbje dhe hidhërim të thellë për ngjarjen tragjike të ndodhur sot në Qendrën për Punë Sociale në Ferizaj. Duke shprehur ngushëllimet më të sinqerta për familjen, për humbjen e parakohshme të të dashurës së tyre, jemi të dëshpëruar po ashtu për plagosjen e një fëmije të pafajshëm dhe shpresojmë në shërim të shpejtë të tij. Ky rast i paprecedent i krimit të kryer në një institucion publik, duhet të jetë një këmbanë alarmi për marrjen e menjëhershme të të gjitha masave të nevojshme që të tilla vepra të parandalohen në të ardhmen. Qendrat për Pune Sociale duhet të jenë vende të sigurta për çdo qytetar që kërkon ndihmën dhe mbrojtjen e shtetit, prandaj QPS-të duhet të mbështeten në këtë drejtim për të garantuar siguri fizike.KOMF i bën në të njëjtën kohë thirrje institucioneve të mandatuara për të vijuar me masat dhe sanksionet në lidhje me këtë vepër. ...
