Gani Lluga aktualisht është Drejtor në Asociacionin për Trajnime Sociale, Hulumtime dhe Avokim – ASTRA dhe ka përvojë të thellë profesionale mbi 20 vjeçare në fushën e shërbimeve sociale në Kosovë. Gani Lluga përgjatë gjithë këtyre viteve ka ofruar ekspertizë profesionale në hartimin e politikave, legjislacionit dhe standardeve minimale në fushën e shërbimeve sociale. Gani Lluga është autor i shumë📘hulumtimeve, analizave, publikimeve në fushën e shërbimeve sociale si dhe ka punuar në vazhdimësi në ngritjen e kapaciteteve të ofruesve të shërbimeve sociale të sektorit publik dhe jo qeveritar. ![]()
Gani Lluga ka qenë anëtar nga shoqëria civile në Këshillin e Përgjithshëm të Shërbimeve Sociale dhe Familjare për disa mandate radhazi. Si një ndër themeluesit e KOMF, është katalizator i shumë nismave avokuese të rëndësishme të KOMF, me qëllim mbrojtjen e të drejtave të fëmijëve në Kosovë.

Ibadete Krasniqi aktualisht është Drejtoreshë Ekzekutive në Organizata për fëmijët pa kujdes prindëror - OFAP dhe ka përvojë mbi 20 vjeçare në fushën e strehimit familjar për fëmijët pa kujdes prindëror. Përgjatë gjithë këtyre viteve, Ibadete Krasniqi ka punuar fort që fëmijëve pa kujdes prindëror t’i ofrohet një ambient i ngrohtë familjar, dashuri dhe përkujdesje. ![]()
Ibadete Krasniqi bashkë me ekipën e saj është një shtyllë e fortë në mbështetje të fëmijëve pa kujdes prindëror dhe familjeve strehuese, përmes shërbimeve profesionale, ngritjes së kapaciteteve dhe rritjes së vetëdijesimit. Ibadete Krasniqi ka avokuar pa ndalë në ngritjen e pozitës së familjeve strehuese duke i paraparë si ofrues të shërbimeve në legjislacionin e ri të miratuar.

Sebahate Hajdini Beqiri aktualisht është Drejtoreshë Ekzekutive në Down Syndrome Kosova dhe ka përvojë mbi 15 vjeçare në fushën e aftësisë së kufizuar. Si aktiviste për komunitetin e sindromës Down në Kosovë, si nënë e një fëmije me Sindromën Down dhe themeluese e Down Syndrome Kosova, me vite të tëra i është përkushtuar përmirësimit të mirëqenies së përgjithshme të individëve me Sindromën Down në Kosovë. Sebahate Beqiri Hajdini është vlerësuar me Çmimin Për Demokraci në vitin 2022 nga Fondacioni Kosovar për Shoqëri Civile, është vlerësuar me Çmimin “Kosova Krenohet Me Ty”, i ndarë nga Qeveria e Republikës së Kosovës si dhe ka qenë e nominuar për çmimin “European of the Year Award 2022”.
