Koalicioni i OJQ-ve për Mbrojtjen e Fëmijëve - KOMF, Zyra e Kryeministrit të Kosovës - Office for Good Governance- office of the Prime Minister in Kosovo, Trust Circle Foundation dhe Qendra Labyrinth vinë me instalacionin "𝐍𝐣𝐞̈ 𝐤𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐭 𝐩𝐚 𝐯𝐚𝐫𝐞̈𝐬𝐢", si një mesazh ndërgjegjësues dhe thirrje për parandalimin e përdorimit të drogave nga fëmijët dhe të rinjtë në Kosovë.Kosova po përballet me sfida të shumta në parandalimin dhe trajtimin e fëmijëve viktima të abuzimit me substanca narkotike. Vitet e fundit, vlerësohet se numri i përgjithshëm i përdoruesve ka kaluar për herë të parë shifrën prej 30,000. Brenda kësaj shifre, fëmijët dhe adoleshentët zënë një pjesë gjithnjë e më të madhe, çdo vit e më shumë. Bazuar në të dhënat e organizatës Labyrinth, mosha mesatare e fillimit të përdorimit të drogave ka rënë nga 18 vjeç në vitin 2018, në 16 vjeç në periudhën e fundit.Për ta adresuar këtë situatë alarmante, është thelbësore që të ndërmerren masa urgjente për rritjen e ndërgjegjësimit mbi rreziqet e përdorimit të drogave. Gjithashtu, kërkohet zhvillimi i programeve të strukturuara për parandalimin dhe trajtimin e varësisë nga substancat narkotike në Kosovë dhe zhvillimin e shërbimeve të specializuara për trajtimin e fëmijëve dhe të rinjve përdorues të drogave, si dhe për fuqizimin e prindërve përmes programeve që i ndihmojnë ata të rrisin kapacitetin për përkujdesje dhe mbështetje ndaj fëmijëve të tyre.Kjo nismë avokuese u realizua në kuadër të "MEGAFON” - i cili mbështetet nga projekti rajonal SMART Balkans – Shoqëria Civile për Vlera të Përbashkët në Ballkanin Perëndimor të zbatuar nga Centar za promociju civilnog društva (CPCD) në bashkëpunim me Instituti për Demokraci dhe Ndërmjetësim (IDM), dhe Qendra për Kërkim dhe Politikëbërje (CRPM) dhe i mbështetur financiarisht nga Ministria e Punëve të Jashtme të Norvegjisë (NMFA). ...
