Punëtoria u mbajt me përfaqësues nga komunat Prishtinë, Fushë Kosovë, Obiliq, Drenas, Gjilan, të cilët gjatë tryezës patën mundësinë të diskutojnë dhe shkëmbejnë mbi nivelin e zbatimit të Ligjit për Mbrojtjen e Fëmijës, brenda komunës së tyre.![]()

Qëllimi i tryezës ishte sensibilizimi dhe mobilizimi i komunave dhe profesionistëve për zbatimin e Ligjit për Mbrojtjen e Fëmijës, duke mundësuar kështu ofrimin e shërbimeve cilësore dhe të qëndrueshme për fëmijët. ![]()

Kjo tryezë u mundësua në kuadër të projektit “Drejtësia Sociale për Rom, Ashkali dhe Egjiptian në Kosovë – Faza II”, financuar nga Agjencia Zvicerane për Zhvillim dhe Bashkëpunim (SDC), implementuar nga organizatat partnere Terre des hommes, Zëri i Romëve, Ashkalinjve dhe Egjiptianëve dhe HEKS/EPER.

KOMF adresoi nevojën për rritje të buxhetit për funksionalizimin e shërbimeve sociale, gjithëpërfshirjen kuptimplote të fëmijëve me aftësi të kufizuara në sistemin arsimor, nevojën për rritje të burimeve njërëzore për shëndetin mendor të fëmijëve në institucionet publike shëndetësore, themelimin e shërbimeve të specializuara për mbrojtjen e fëmijëve viktima të abuzimit me substanca narkotike, fuqizimin e shërbimeve rehabilituese për të miturit në konflikt me ligjin, etj.![]()

On the Day of the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, KOMF, which represents 35 non-governmental organizations, addressed emergency issues for the protection of children toward Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Minister of Education Arbërie Nagavci, Deputy Minister of Health Dafina Gexha and other representatives within of the Interministerial Committee for Child Rights. ![]()

KOMF addressed the need to increase the budget for the functionalization of social services, inclusion of children with disabilities in the education system, the need to increase human resources for the mental health of children in public health institutions, the establishment of specialized services for the protection of children victims of drug abuse, strengthening rehabilitation services for minors in conflict with the law, etc.
